CUSTOMER SERVICE:
My goal is to provide top-notch customer service to you, the customer, treating you the way I like to be treated - with respect and professionalism and with a smile. I respond to emails within 24 hours unless I will be away for an extended period of time. If I will be away, I try to put an announcement on the home page in advance and will respond to all emails upon my return.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
I ship Monday through Friday, within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless it’s a holiday or weekend. If I will be away for an extended period of time, shipment will be made upon my return. You will receive a notice from me with all shipping details.
All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
For orders over $50.00, shipping will be FREE (US orders only)!

International customers may now checkout using the shopping cart!
RETURN POLICY:
The customer will pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee; shipping charges are not refundable. However, if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), I will pay the return shipping costs.
